REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
1. Baptismal certificate
2. Birth certificate
3. Up-to-date record of state required immunizations
4. Records from previous school (for transferring students)
5. Preschool screening record prior to kindergarten entry.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
* 1/2 day preschool students must be at least 3 years old by September 1, 2019.
* Full day preschool students must be 5 years old by June 1, 2020
* Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2019
